The Theater Club in Hotel U Kapličky

The hotel-owner strives to support the development of cultural events in Písek. For hotel guests and the general public we continually prepare entertaining programs, in cooperation with skilled dramaturgists.
Our pride is the newly established chamber theater space for children. Many children came to see puppet theater and fairy-tale performances. We cooperate with a group of Písek Puppeteers (Písečtí loutkáři). Their performances are always crowded and enthusiastic.
Come, entertain and acquaint yourself with offerings such as the history of the Pisek town and its surroundings, in a Prácheň Academy lecture series by Ondřej Kolář,  Pisek's best known historian and literary scholar.
